I haven't really heard of anyone putting themselves out there and being the guy to be picked apart and told "thats not how you do it.." So i am volunteering lol... thid should be interesting... The solution is simple tho... i dont watch 😲😳😬 Its too bad because instead of working together everyone wants to unnecessarily pick sides and prove someone wrong... well it won't take you long to find so...

The silver lining in this and in any failure in life is that there is a lesson to be learned... now admittedly I should have learned that lesson last time I had an aftermarket cylinder screw my plans up but this time.... I am 100% serious when I say I am probably NEVER going to use another Chinese cylinder 💯 THANKS FOR WATCHING!!!

This is part 2 where I port time this badboy and fab up all the odds and ends so I can install it on the 461 to make a 54mm "big bore" with a forged Wiseco 500i piston... I never know how these concept saws will turn out so i do these videos in stages to take everyone along for the ride... in part 3 we will see if it runs like a dream or ends up in steam JCS style 😎 Also big thanks to david wit...

    I specifically chose Husqvarna for my new chainsaw because my local southern states is the only place around with the service center for two-stroke engines. We have a John Deere dealer that sells sthil but does not service them and it’s all about who is going to take care of you when you’re purchasing high-end and professional level equipment. I bought a 592 XP with the autotune 3.0 over a 661 since I knew there was someone I could take it to if I ever had an issue. Western Kentucky

    You dont need to do machine work to gain torque in a chainsaw, there are other ways.

    don’t know much about chainsaws, but i’ll NEVER own another stihl again for weed eaters. husqvarna all day long. i still have a 7yr old husqy weed eater and starts on the first pull. i’ve owned a stihl and in 1 yr the stihl crapped out. Husqy all day long screw stihl. Also i’ve tried stihl blowers, hedge trimmers and i’ll never buy another one again. i have ALL husqy equipment and have never been happier.

    only works if the recoil hosing is reaaaaaaally flat like one off a chainsaw. Couldn't do this on a string trimmer or blower recoil. A new, wound spring needs to be used

    This is a great help to me. I bought 2 G111 saws and I considered cleaning up the ports. Roughish on the intake and polishing the exahaust. But I won't unless the saw is too disappointing. One bit of advice I got to make them run like the 200t was a gasket delete and to port the muffler. I'm not looking to make it a mini race saw. I just want it to cut as well as my 200t I use to have did. The 200t was brand new when I bought it and just stock.

    Snap-on can also ruin your credit. Lets say you could purchase a $20,000 tool box or after trade-in finance an $8900 scanner. You buy a scan tool, well $8900 is now your new limit and your credit is maxed out on your credit report. Your credit won't improve until you pay it down to less than 29% of the $8900. Which is very hard todo since one of your two week payments per month goes to interest! The interest is added every month so your payoff is the full amount on your receipt! Not to mention if you want the scanner to fully work, their scan tools require a $100 per month subscription! This does not include service information - that's another $200 per month! $1400 torx socket sets and $300 screwdriver sets with only the blade warranty. You can't swap the blade out but one or 2 times by then the plastic handle starts ro degrade crack or chip off. Not worth it. The absolute worst thing on the Snap-on truck that everybody buys are those expensive lights. The worst work lights in the world. Battery don't last long and they fall apart! $170 freaking light is no better than Astro $60 light. But get this, the Snap-on dealer sells those Astro lights too, $170!!!

    I like chainsaws but live in Florida, don't need one. Didn't stop me from buying a 372 cologne saw and modifying it myself. So when I cut down a tree that was interfering with my driveway I saved most of it to test my saws on. Man I just can't sharpen a chain! This friggin fine dust that coats everything and sticks like glue and my chain is dull once again. Come to find out( plant id app, highly recommend) the tree I had cut down was a southern live oak. Hardest tree in North America(apparently)Not bad when it's green but once its dry its rates 2680 janka. For reference black locust is 1700 janka. Janka. Something else I learned.

    @johnscustomsaws Bro, can I pick your brain for a sec? I am new to chainsaws and have the milwaukee 16" chainsaw (2727-20). In a video someone was talking about a .325 on a 8 pin rim sprocket would be the sweet spot for this saw. I really want to upgrade my saw to those specs, but the milwaukee comes with a 6pin spur sprocket drum. The Oregon website only recommends low profile chains for this saw. In the video the guy mods his sprocket drum by welding a rim sprocket gear onto the drum. Do you know if these saws would take a rim sprocket drum from another manufacturer so I could just buy one? Or are there bars with .325 chain combinations that would fit the milwaukee 6 pin spur sprocket? I would really appreciate your insights into this matter.

    • @itusvirus
      @itusvirus Місяць тому

      I found out that a different sprocket drum would need to match these dimensions, do these even exist? Overall Height 1" Outside Diameter 2.20" Inside Diameter 2.005" Teeth/pins 8 Shaft 0.393" Diameter 0.320" Across Flats

    • @itusvirus
      @itusvirus Місяць тому

      @johnscustomsaws If there is no replacement sprocket drum for the The milwaukee 16" chainsaw (2727-20), what specifications would I need to look for in a .325 pitch chain/bar combo for it to fit on the original 6pin/tooth sprocket of the milwaukee?
